2023 has been a fantastic year for our SilverSneakers Boom community at Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation. There is so much gratitude for our community. We come together for common goals of physical and emotional well-being. Having a community of support impacts overall health positively, keeping us coming back as often as possible. Good job, y'all!
