Ecstatic Dance Kriya by guest instructor Michelle Michael
Michelle Michael is happy to have joined the Good Vibes in Corpus Christi. She is a certified hatha yoga teacher from Austin, Texas, and loves all kinds of embodied movement and dancing. Last spring, she attended a four-day ecstatic dance festival and is excited to share some ecstatic dance with you on this new moon.
